What is your coverage area?

Our coverage area is currently the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. However, we are interested in discussing projects outside this area.

How are you different from an estate sale?

We save you significant time and stress compared to an estate sale. We agree on a price up front which includes purchase and removal of household contents and trash, and we leave the house "broom ready." Our process gives you the peace of mind that your property is not open to the public; only our insured and bonded employees have access. 

Integrity of our company is a priority:  our team sets aside any personal items, money, and valuables found during the cleanout which are returned to the client.

What is your fee and what does it include?

We conduct an initial "walk-through" which is an on-site estimate and consultation. Our goal is to offer a fair and reasonable bid based on the work involved and the removal of contents. 

During the initial walk-through, our team will conduct a four step process to identify:

1. Items to be to be kept

2. Items to be included in our offer

3. The start and end dates for the project

4. A schedule for the final walk-through at the end of the project

Within three business days of the initial walk-through, a Reliable Estate Services representative will offer a quote for the identified contents of the property and requested services. The quote is estimated based on elements of the project to include: size, value for resale, quality and condition of the estate, and requirements of the client.


What is included in Complete Estate Liquidation?

The quote includes:

  • all necessary supplies
  • packing and removal of contents
  • contents are either donated or disposed of properly; we recycle when possible
  • "broom ready" clean-up of the property 

Additional services are available at reasonable rates as requested by the client.

Our team sets aside any personal items, money, and valuables found during the cleanout which are returned to the client.

What is involved in Partial Property Liquidation?

When a total liquidation is not required, we will provide you a quote based on the size of the project, contents to be liquidated, condition of the contents, and other services that might be requested. Our trained team members will complete the project in a timely fashion with the least disruption to you.
